Development Manager

Bharat Association of Care Workers (BACW) is India's first professional body for care workers. We train, certify, and advocate for the millions of care workers across India who support elderly, disabled, and vulnerable people in their homes and communities. We are a mission-driven organisation at an exciting stage of growth, and we are looking for a passionate, strategic Development Manager to help us build the infrastructure, partnerships, and funding needed to scale our impact nationally.
The Role
As Development Manager, you will lead BACW's organisational development strategy — securing funding, building strategic partnerships, and driving the growth of our programmes across India. You will work closely with the founding team to translate our vision into sustainable, scalable outcomes.
