As Guzman y Gomez continues to grow, we are looking for a result driven Development Manager to join our high performing Real Estate team. The Development Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy and ensuring the success of new restaurant projects.
What you can expect in the role:
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Development QLD to understand and execute the real estate growth strategy in your designated area.
- Building a robust pipeline of potential sites, proactively identifying, and pursuing the best locations while connecting with key stakeholders to secure prime sites.
- Provide regular updates to the Head of Development QLD of the progress of securing new restaurant locations and offering marketing insights that may impact our growth strategy.
