Job Description:

My client operates in the short‑term insurance domain and is seeking a Development Manager to lead and stabilize their development function. This is a senior leadership role focused on delivery reliability, production stability, and maintaining strong engineering standards in a complex, regulated environment.

Youll be responsible for overseeing development delivery, managing and mentoring developers, and ensuring that technical decisions align with business and client needs. While this is not a hands‑on coding role, it is also not an administrative management position, youre expected to engage at a technical level, challenge solutions, and guide the team when complexity or risk increases.
