Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital innovation and automation.
- Support implementation of DevOps practice in organizations (streamlining application development processes, automating maintenance operations etc.)
- Communicate with clients / users, understand requirements, design / develop solutions
- Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline software delivery and improve efficiency.
- Support Pre-sales activities (Including Proof of Concept, setting up demo environment etc.)
- R&D (Research & Development): Explore new technologies / services / products, build demo environment / templates).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
