In this role, you will be the crucial escalation point for complex technical challenges, supporting and improving our multi-cloud environment with a primary focus on AWS and Amazon Connect.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of foundational experience to deepen their expertise in infrastructure-as-code, cloud services, and mission-critical application support within a collaborative environment.
