Responsibilities
In this role you will be working with a team that manages the operations of a global IVR system, assisting with the deployment of applications to AWS and on-premises architectures, across different environments. Additional tasks include monitoring the performance and the stability of the IVR environment in all regions, (AMR, EMEIA and JAPAC), and responding to any needs in a timely manner.
