Job Description
A joining bonus amounting up to 55mil VND gross salary will be offered to candidates having at least 4 years of experience, and signing the offer during the period from June 1st, 2023 to July 31st, 2023 (1-year tenure condition applies)
Define and execute strategic plans for DevOps teams of 4 – 6 people. Manage work plans for DevOps teams; assign work activities, projects, and programs; supervise, review, and evaluate work products, methods, and procedures. Be part of and take the lead on CI/CD topics. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions to improve the operations. Communicate on and report operation statuses. Follow-up on issues and actions to be taken. Responsible to build up teams according to the growth requirements. Develop continuous improvement approaches and mindsets for development and DevOps teams.
