Strategy & Leadership
- Define the company's DevOps and platform engineering strategy, align it with business objectives, and report effectiveness metrics to the CTO and engineering leadership
- Build and continuously improve the engineering effectiveness measurement framework (DORA Metrics: deployment frequency, change failure rate, MTTR, lead time for changes), driving quantifiable improvements
