Qualifications
- MS/BS degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- 5 years of proven experience in a similar position
- Strong technical skills and relevant experience in managing distributed systems in container scheduling platforms (bonus: Kubernetes)
- Experience managing workloads and designing reliable architectures in major Cloud Platforms (bonus: Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services)
- Used to managing infrastructure as code (bonus: Terraform)
- Experience designing, developing and maintaining backend applications (bonus: Nodejs, Typescript)
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools like DataDog, Grafana+Prometheus
- Experience with NoSQL document-based data stores like MongoDB, ElasticSearch and Redis
- Experience managing distributed data, high availability and automatic failovers
- Experience with git and GitHub (bonus: GitHub API)
