Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of ICT infrastructure components which comprise servers, hosting, network infrastructure, end-user computing and data centre operations Manage the appointed Agency Facilities Management contractors and EUCD contractors; Implement projects within their emplaced practice to ensure service delivery and support to meet the intended availability, continuity and capacity requirements; Ensure compliance to IM8 policies and ICT policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); Manage Infrastructure projects; Overall responsible for hardware, software and subscription maintenance contracts for infrastructure and data centre operations; Manage the procurement and leasing of end-user computing requirements; Plan and work with the appointed Agency Facilities Management contractors and awarded ICT contractors to implement and deploy infrastructure projects and end-user computing devices to end-users; Plan and lead the overall IT infrastructure ...
