DFG Surveyor – Social Housing
Location: Leicester
Contract: 6 Months
Rate: £30–£35 per hour (DOE)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced DFG Surveyor to join a social housing organisation in Leicester on an initial 6-month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a DFG Surveyor to manage a varied portfolio of Disabled Facilities Grant adaptations, helping residents remain safe and independent in their homes.
Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake surveys and technical assessments for adaptation works. Prepare specifications, schedules of work, drawings, and cost estimates. Manage DFG-funded projects from initial referral through to completion. Oversee contractors and carry out site inspections.
