DFT Engineer – Job Description
We are hiring experienced DFT Engineers for VLSI/ASIC projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement and verify DFT architecture for complex SoCs/ASICs
- Perform scan insertion, scan stitching, and DFT rule checks
- Generate ATPG patterns and analyze fault coverage
- Work on MBIST, LBIST, and JTAG implementation
- Debug simulation and pattern-related issues
- Collaborate with RTL, Physical Design, and Verification teams
- Support silicon bring-up and production testing activities
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of DFT concepts and methodologies
- Hands-on experience in:
- Scan insertion & compression
- ATPG
- MBIST/LBIST
- JTAG/Boundary Scan
- Fault simulation & coverage analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Electronics or related field
