Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Production leader , responsible for managing large-scale tablet manufacturing operations with a monthly capacity of ~400 million tablets. The role involves leading a sizable workforce, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end tablet production operations to meet volume, quality, and timeline targets
- Act as a key support to the Plant Head in strategic and operational decision-making
- Manage and lead a team of 300+ employees, including shift managers and supervisors
