  • Drafting & vetting of various legal documents - Development / JV contracts Conveyance Deed, Deed of Transfer, Power of Attorney, MOU, Gift Deed, Lease Deed, Leave & License contracts, etc.
  • Well versed and hands on experience in RERA Act and Compliance
  • Must be familiar with all practices and procedures pertaining to lands of various tenures, their ownership, acquisition, development, including municipal / development rules & regulations; apartment ownership.
  • Should possess knowledge on Stamp duty / Registration / Adjudication etc.
  • Drafting of plaints, written statements, issuing and replying statutory legal notices, counters, company petitions, complaints etc.
