DGM Manufacturing production: Key Responsibilities Production & Operations Management Lead and manage production/manufacturing sector performance through structured team leadership and hierarchical animation. Align workforce, equipment, and materials with short- and medium-term production requirements. Drive execution of standardized work practices across the shopfloor. Lead Short Interval Management (SIM) to monitor performance and address deviations in real-time. Escalate operational issues proactively and ensure timely resolution. Manufacturing Performance & Delivery Drive operational KPIs across: Safety Quality Delivery/Service levels Cost efficiency Optimize utilization of manufacturing resources (people, processes, systems).
