Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Subcontract Management
Identify work packages suitable for subcontracting (fabrication, erection, outfitting support, blasting & painting, insulation, etc.) and ship repair works.Prepare scopes of work, technical specifications, BOQs, and tender documents for subcontracts.Coordinate with Purchase/Contracts for tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and award of subcontracts.Administer subcontract agreements and ensure compliance with contractual terms.Planning & Execution
Coordinate with Planning, Production, and Project teams to align subcontract activities with master schedules.Monitor subcontractor progress against approved schedules and milestones.Ensure availability of drawings, materials, work fronts, and permits for subcontracted works.Quality Control
