The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust in Reading is seeking a part-time Assistant Patient Pathway Coordinator (30 hrs per week) for the Diabetes and Endocrinology team. The role requires helping manage patient pathways, ensuring compliance with clinical targets, and providing patient support.
