Medstar Health at Lafayette Center is currently seeking an experienced Radiographer for a full-time position at our outpatient imaging center located in Washington, DC. The open position will work Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm. A parking stipend is provided for all technologists. *$5K Sign On Bonus!* JOB SUMMARY : Under the direction of the Radiology Medical Director, the Diagnostic Imaging technologist: May serve as a lead technologist/team captain for a designated shift. Mentors/provides guidance to other Diagnostic Technologists. Performs radiographic procedures and related techniques, producing images at the request of and for interpretation by a licensed independent practitioner. Ensures services are performed in a safe environment in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements.
