Join Dialogue, the #1 virtual care provider in Canada, as Operations Manager. Lead strategic efforts to improve the efficiency and quality of the Primary Care Program.
In this role, you will report directly to the Vice President of Primary Care Operations and play a key role in driving initiatives that enhance operational workflows. Your expertise in project management, data analysis, and team leadership will support strategic decision-making, boost member and provider experience, and solidify feedback pipelines across operations. Collaboration is key in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
