Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing and holds a valid PRC license
- At least three (3) years experience in Hemodialysis Unit
- Preferably with BLS, ACLS, IV Therapy, and RENAP Certification
Functions:
- Supervises, directs and evaluates the total implementation of the nursing care plan
- Maintains the unit's daily operations by ensuring adequate personnel, equipment and supplies
- Manages and guides the staff nurses in the performance of their duties and responsibilities
- Informs and reports to his/her superiors about the unit's condition and concerns
