DIALYSIS NURSE:
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients before, during, and after dialysis sessions. Monitor vital signs, assess fluid status, and evaluate overall well-being.
- Dialysis Preparation: Set up and prepare dialysis machines and equipment before each session. Ensure that the machines are calibrated and functioning properly.
- Vascular Access Management: Monitor and care for vascular access sites, such as arteriovenous fistulas or grafts, ensuring proper functioning and minimizing the risk of infection.
