Job Description
Mk2 Recruitment are seeking Qualified Industrial Electricians to join a major large-scale renewable energy project. This long-term role is critical to supporting the installation, commissioning and maintenance of high-capacity renewable fuel storage systems, contributing to Australia’s clean energy future and grid stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, terminate, and test electrical cables, conduit, panels, switchgear, inverters, transformers and battery systems.
- Carry out electrical work in accordance with project specifications, national electrical codes and safety standards.
- Perform preventative maintenance and fault finding on high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) electrical equipment, including battery modules, inverters, and control systems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams and technical manuals.
