WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As a Refurbishment Technician, you’ll take aging fire apparatus and rescue vehicles and bring them back to life. Your work will include:
+ Diagnosing, repairing, and refurbishing fire apparatus and emergency vehicles
+ Rebuilding and restoring components on automotive, medium- and heavy-duty trucks
+ Servicing Fire Division and EMS Division vehicles
+ Working with small gas engines and related equipment
+ Ensuring all completed work meets reliability, safety, and quality standards
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
+ A self-starter with a steady, solutions-driven mindset
+ Experience with diesel engines (preferred)
+ Valid CDL-B with Air Brakes, or willingness to obtain within the first year
