Join Our Team: Diesel Mechanic / Foreman Cementation Area: Westonaria – West Rand and Gauteng Starting date: Immediately Experience: 10 years + Job Overview Diesel Mechanic / Foreman Cementation As the Diesel Mechanic Foreman you will have cementation or mining experience who supervises a workshop team focused on maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing heavy-duty diesel machinery used in underground mining, construction, or cementing operations. This role requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise, leadership skills, and stringent safety enforcement. Key Responsibilities MUST BE PROFIEICENT IN SERVICING BELL EQUIPMENT AND, MUST HAVE STRONG TEAM LEADER/ FOREMAN MANAGEMENT SKILLS.- Supervision & Team Management: Hands-on to lead and guide a team of diesel mechanics, including assigning tasks, training, mentoring apprentices, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
