Diet Office Representative - Food and Nutrition Services

Work location: Texas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Ln, Dallas, TX 75231
Work hours: PRN (As Needed), Monday- Friday with rotating shifts.

Here's What You Need
+ H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Req
+ 1 Year in food service position or applicable customer service Req
+ FHC - Food Handlers Certificate 30 Days Req
What You Will Do
+ Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills at point of service and in resolution of complaints/concerns/ questions.
+ Utilizes basic diet therapy training to assist patients in selecting correct menu items as needed.
