Dietary Aide
This position is responsible for preparing and serving therapeutic diet trays to health center residents in accordance with posted therapeutic diet menus.
Essential Job Duties:
- Serves meals in the health center pantries.
- Washes silver, glass, china in dish machines in pantries as per regulation.
- Provides health center snacks and supplements per diet orders.
- Maintains stock and sanitation levels in coffee and juice machines in dining rooms.
- Sets tables and maintains workstations in proper order.
- Takes orders, provides service and requested items both graciously and courteously.
- Clears dishes from tables during and after meal service.
- Ensures that orders match Physician's diet orders.
