Good Shepherd Fairview Home is looking for a Dietary Porter to join our team!
Position Details:
AM Porter 8am – 4pm 52.5hrs/pp
PM Porter 4pm – 7:30pm 24.5hr/pp
Position Summary: Responsible for maintaining clean and sanitary dietary and food service areas as well as washing dishes, to include pots and pans.
Ensure stock is stored properly.
Sweeping and mopping for floor surfaces
All infection control and safety procedures are followed while completing job duties ie: mopping, cleaning equipment.
Cleaning projects are completed daily
Essential Job Requirements
Education: High School diploma or GED preferred
Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age. Ability to read, write and speak the English language
Experience: Prior dish room experience preferred
