Job Requirements:
- Client care: Counsel mothers and patients on nutrition; provide pre/post-sales services and follow-ups
- Service & inquiries: Deliver excellent customer service; log and resolve requests, feedback, and complaints on time
- Administration: Register check-ins; manage appointments, reports, and sales documents (invoices, receipts)
- Relationship & communication: Build strong client rapport; deliver presentations, trainings, and meetings
- Team & operations: Lead and develop the team; supervise housekeeping; maintain a clean, safe, and quality workspace; follow company standards
