Role OverviewThe Dietitian will provide holistic, evidence‑based nutrition care to patients and caregivers in the primary care setting. Services will be delivered face‑to‑face in clinic settings and/or via approved virtual care platforms with focus on chronic disease management. The role includes supporting and participating in health promotion initiatives aligned with national strategies such as EatWise and HealthySG, contributing to continuous improvement in patient outcomes.
