Diffusion - Implant Equipment Engineer

Job Responsibility:

• Repair, maintain and improve the equipment related to ion implantation.
• Must be able to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Follow SOP, carry out CAS per specification and
• execute good maintenance of support tool. Recovery tool alarm, seeking for better solution to reduce Tools alarm.
• Perform shift duties (12-hours or normal shift) to support
• the running of production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness for production.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in any engineering fields or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year working experience in semiconductor, Experience in Implant section is desired.
• Good team player and also need to work independent.
• Relevant knowledge on AMAT XR/Leap, Varian E220/500. Axcelis HE/VHE and Axcelis GSD.
