Responsibilities
Digital Adoption and Enablement Design
• Design and execute the multi-year adoption strategy and enablement roadmap for all key digital tools. Define user personas and journey maps to proactively identify friction points. Establish core KPIs to measure adoption success and value realization.
User Education and Training
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training curricula, including e-learning, workshops, and knowledge bases, to ensure effective tool utilization. Track user proficiency and aim to significantly sho...
