About the RoleWe are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in D2 C and Lead Generation campaigns. You will manage paid campaigns across digital platforms and work closely with creative and content teams to drive measurable results.Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.- Manage D2 C (e-commerce) and Lead Generation campaigns with clear performance goals.- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CPL, and conversions.- Work with designers and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.- Monitor daily performance and prepare basic performance reports.- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and ad copies.- Set up and manage retargeting campaigns and funnels.- Ensure proper tracking setup (Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Ads).Requirements- 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing.- Hands-on experience with D2 C and Lead Generation campaigns.- Agency experience preferred.- Strong u...
