Role Band : Deputy General Manager / General Manager
Reporting To : Head of Business Engagement & Digital
Location : Nacharam, Hyderabad (fully onsite)
Experience : 12 to 15 years
Business Process Re-engineering & Discovery
- Build and sustain strong working relationships with senior stakeholders across Commercial (Business Development, Marketing, Inside Sales etc.), R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, EHS&S, functions to stay continuously aligned with business priorities and pain points
- Lead structured discovery engagements — including stakeholder interviews, process walkthroughs, and cross-functional workshops — to develop a deep understanding of as-is operations and identify transformation opportunities
