What You’ll Do- Assist customers with banking enquiries and digital banking services
- Guide customers on mobile banking apps, online banking, and self‑service channels
- Support customers in setting up and using digital banking platforms
- Promote cashless payment solutions and digital adoption
- Troubleshoot basic digital banking issues and escalated as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service and improve customer experience
