:Lead cross-functional project teams through all phases of execution, from planning to closure, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals. Translate business strategy into actionable project plans, with clear milestones, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies. Manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery excellence. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication across engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, finance, and quality functions. Monitor and report on project performance, proactively identifying issues and implementing corrective actions. Promote continuous improvement and lessons learned across the project portfolio.
