Job Description
The Digital Business Partner acts as the strategic interface between Backend Factory operations, Supply Chain, and Digital/IT teams. This role translates operational challenges into structured digital demand and ensures that solutions delivered through data, analytics, and AI create measurable business value.
You will be responsible for shaping and orchestrating the digital transformation roadmap for Backend Factories and Supply chain, ensuring alignment between business priorities and IT delivery, and driving adoption of digital solutions on the shop floor. The role is key in enabling scalable, data-driven operations and ensuring sustained value realization from digital investments.

Orchestrate the development and continuously refine the multi-year digital roadmap for factories and local supply chain operations
Translate operational challenges and bottlenecks into structured, prioritized digital and IT demands
