- Execute campaign & creative design strategy and implementation aligned with business goals by initiative and or requested by related stakeholder
- Execute Campaign workflows and automation by initiative and or by directional
- Identify and mitigate campaign risks
- Implement strategic needed to reach KPIs (Open Rate, Click Rate, Sales Response, and ROI) and optimize
- Prepare reports for upper management, Post Campaign Analysis and other needed related with Department
- Manage & Evaluate subordinate performance review
- Collaboration with Channel Management (CM), Product Management (PM), Regional Operation, Third Party and other related stakeholder to implement Campaign Strategic
- Coordination with Creative Design & Copywriter to maintain creative & design consistency
