One of our B2C portfolio companies is hyper-scaling, and they are now looking to hire a Performance Marketing Manager to join the business in a business critical role.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and scale web and app marketing campaigns across Meta & Google.
- Own end-to-end campaign performance — budgets, bidding, and optimization
- Drive improvements in CAC, ROAS, and revenue growth
- Analyze performance deeply (beyond CTR/CPC) and identify growth opportunities
- Run continuous A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and funnels
- Collaborate with product, content, and category teams to improve conversion and scale
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing / growth (D2C / B2C)
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
