The charity is a London‑based mental health charity dedicated to ensuring people of all ages can access the support they need to live the lives they deserve. Working across the full spectrum of mental health, the organisation delivers personalised services for adults, children and young people, alongside training for organisations to create healthier, more supportive environments. Recognising that mental health challenges affect people differently at different stages of life, it focuses on providing support early - long before crisis point - through an approach shaped by lived experience and grounded in care, courage and kindness.
