RGP is hiring a Director to help grow and deliver work across our Digital Build & Integration practice.
Digital Build & Integration delivers complex data, digital experience, and DevSecOps programs. Our Delivery Leads are the reason clients trust us with their hardest problems and come back with more. This is not a project management role. It is a client leadership role that requires someone who can run a technically complex program, build relationships at the executive level, and see the next opportunity before the current one closes.
Base Pay Range: $170,000 - $213,000
Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation
+ Participate in client pitches and pursuit conversations, bringing delivery credibility and technical depth to the sales process
+ Partner with the Practice Lead and Sales Engineers to scope new engagements and expand existing accounts
