THE ROLE


We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Digital Design Lead to take ownership of all design output across this lovely Marketing agency in SW London;
  • Design Leadership & Project Ownership
  • UX, UI & Design
  • Collaboration & Client Engagement
  • Help grow and mentor the design team

    • ABOUT YOU
    An excellent leader and hands on Creative Designer, you will have Agency experience and; 
  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a digital agency or similar environment
  • Proven experience in a senior or lead design role
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end digital design and branding
  • Expert in Figma, including design systems and prototyping
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong UX understanding (user flows, IA, wireframing, responsive design)
