Job Description
Regional Manager
- Responsible for leading in a manner that supports and guides the organization’s mission at regional level
- Providing overall leadership and direction to the staff and organization
- Monitoring and evaluating the program and planning accordingly
- Managing and overseeing budgets, sponsors, donations, gifts and kind‑gift agreements and supervising record keeping
- Enhancing the organization’s image by being active and visible in the community and by working closely with other professional, civic and private organizations
- Overseeing cash, kind and gift data for the quarterly and annual financial reports
