Overview
Industry Training Solutions Ltd is looking for a practical, commercially minded Digital Learning, Growth & Innovation Manager to help lead our next stage of digital training growth. This is a new full-time role focused on digital course growth, Shopify optimisation, HubSpot campaigns, AI and automation implementation, systems improvement, digital learning enhancement, adult education support, and scalable live-online/employer training pathways. You will help make ITS courses easier to find, easier to book, easier to scale and stronger for adult learners.
This is not a general administration role. It is a specialist growth, innovation and capability role with weekly and monthly SLT reporting.
