Job Description
Provide expert advice and guidance to support the effective use of digital learning technologies to enhance teaching, learning, and assessment across the organisation
Support the development, maintenance, and administration of key eLearning platforms, including Moodle and other digital learning tools
Work collaboratively with academic colleagues and wider teams to promote and embed best practice in digital learning across both Further and Higher Education
Deliver training sessions, workshops, and one-to-one support to staff, enabling them to make effective use of digital technologies, including areas such as AI and accessibility
Contribute to the design and development of high-quality eLearning materials and resources, using a range of digital tools and platforms
Provide timely and effective technical support to staff and students, ensuring a high level of customer service
