Digital Learning Technology Specialist – Institute for Training and Technical Cooperation (ITTC)
Under the supervision of the Head of Unit, the incumbent supports the technical operation, development, and expansion of the WTO’s e‑Learning programme. This role ensures the reliability of the Learning Management System (LMS), fosters participation and learner engagement across the programme, contributes to platform connectivity, security and interoperability, and assists in designing high‑quality digital learning experiences.
