Job Description
Position: Lead - Performance Paid Search & Social • End-to-end strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta, and emerging biddable platforms • Keyword architecture, bidding strategy, and quality score diligence • Cross-platform budget allocation frameworks tied to business outcomes not just media metrics Programmatic & Display • Owning DSP operations (DV360, The Trade Desk, or equivalent) • Audience strategy, deal structuring and brand safety protocol • Integration of programmatic into full-funnel planning Analytics & Performance Reporting • Own the measurement framework across all performance accounts • Translate data into engaging client conversations • Build dashboards and reporting rigor Client Servicing & Growth • Be the lead voice in client conversations • Build client trust that goes beyond delivery — become the trusted advisor • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts; support new business pitches with performance decks We’re Looking For • 10 years in performan...
