We are looking for a Performance Marketer who takes full ownership of campaign outcomes, not just deliverables.
You are not just executing tasks. You are expected to think, analyse, and improve performance continuously.
- Own and proactively improve the performance of assigned campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, and other digital channels
- Monitor campaign KPIs, identify risks and opportunities early, and take action to improve results before issues escalates
- Analyse campaign performance data, diagnose root causes of underperformance, and recommend clear next steps backed by insights
- Work closely with writers, designers, developers, specialists, and technical teams to implement optimisation plans effectively
