Responsibilities
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and Meta ad creatives
- Plan and execute social media content calendars
- Shoot and edit product videos featuring flowers, bouquets, gift boxes, and special occasions
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social channels
- Run Meta advertising campaigns
- Coordinate with influencers and UGC creators
- Generate leads, inquiries, and online sales
- Track and report marketing performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
- 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, showcasing a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Certifications in Google Analytics and Google Ads are highly preferred to demonstrate analytical capabilities.
