$130, 000 –$170, 000 Base Salary

We are partnering with a well-established and highly respected organization in the insurance industry to hire a Digital Marketing Manager who thrives in a true “player-coach”environment.
This is not a traditional management-only marketing role.
We are seeking a highly creative, hands-on marketing leader who actively designs, creates, and produces marketing assets while also leading a small internal team. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building campaigns, editing creative assets, managing digital initiatives, and mentoring others.
If your experience is primarily strategy-focused or agency-managed without direct creative execution, this opportunity will likely not be the right fit.
