We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Ads & Lead Generation Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms and locations. This role covers the full marketing funnel—from planning and execution to tracking, analysis, and optimization.
What You’ll Do
Manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Local, Performance Max) and Meta Ads
Support campaigns on platforms such as TikTok and YouTube as needed
Optimize budgets, targeting, bidding, and messaging based on performance data
Collaborate with creative teams to develop effective ad copy and visuals
